Jarl brings over 20 years of hands-on business management experience to the table. He's helped build businesses, clubs, events, and festivals from the ground up including a multi-site horticulture operation grown into acquisition. Jarl has spent years consulting with small business owners on operations, marketing, and strategy.When it comes to advertising, this Tennessee native understands the local market, the local mindset, and what it actually takes to compete as a small business in today's landscape.From the heart, what inspires Jarl the most is a deep love for family, the arts, and philosophy. Extremely creative and equally strategic, Jarl is a one of a kind.

Sharon has been a Clarksville resident for over 20 years and is deeply invested in seeing local businesses thrive. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University, which means she understands why people buy, and how businesses function.Her background in quality control and process improvement means every campaign she builds is systematic, measurable, and designed to get better over time.Sharon has son who is a recent graduate in Clarksville. She spends her off time reading and letting her cats invade her privacy. She enjoys the morning sun and outside break time.
